New Joiner Welcome Kits Designing for the future of work.
CHALLENGE
To welcome new employees to Dexian, I needed to create a box, informational card and water bottle to be given on the recipient’s first day. How do we ensure brand identity and messaging is extended across all physical touchpoints?
APPROACH
I focused the design treatment around the energy and excitement that comes with a new job. Pulling from the existing brand identity, I applied neon gradients create an illuminating glow, and a custom sticker application on the water bottle reflect a playful, energized spirit.

Brand Collateral
OUTPUT
A welcome kit comprised of a box, custom water bottle, and informational card were delivered to the client, and then moved into final production. As of March 2026, they are being handed out to new employees, with some modifications implemented post-handover.
360° RADIANCE
To match best match the messaging surrounding bright futures, the finalized approach utilizes neon to black gradients applied to create a radiant glow effect.
RESPONSIVE MESSAGING
When closed, the front of the box reads “in the business for,” revealing “GOOD” when lifted.
WHAT’S IN THE BOX
The welcome box houses a card with a message from the Chief People Officer, as well as a water bottle designed for new joiners.
The sticker-style graphics on the bottle were designed to be an energetic representation of Dexian’s brand tenants. It provides a personable and stylish way for employees to represent their office.
CUTTING ROOM FLOOR
Some alternative options were explored, but didn’t quite have the desired effect.
Ultimately, the selected solution delivers the strongest messaging, and most relevant design direction.
THE FULL KIT
After handover to the internal team, a few design changes were made, but the glowing gradients and general layout remained the same.
The Futures Club Event branding to celebrate upcoming salespeople.
CHALLENGE
Heading into 2026, Dexian wanted to introduce a new event that celebrated the highest achieving new salespeople. How do we brand an event that is celebratory, without being perceived as overly exclusive?
APPROACH
When building the event brand identity, themes of momentum, upward growth, and kinetic energy came to the forefront. Leveraging the vibrant gradient treatments and deep-space themes, I built the visual identity with a custom graphic treatment and logo.
INPUT

Event Branding
OUTPUT
A visual identity, logo system, merchandise and invitation layout that will be used year after year for The Futures Club celebration. The inaugural event took place in 2026.
PROCESS OUTTAKES
Earlier rounds of development saw a number of different names and logo treatments. Between the initial presentation and the final, there was development done on select alternates, explored below.
SAVED FOR LATER
After discussions with the client, we decided that while these were not the correct solutions for The Futures Club, there was still places where this work could live down the line. Some of those visuals were shared throughout the process for their use in other future marketing efforts.
